The Chancellor, George Osborne, has decided to increase VAT on caravan Holiday Homes, increasing the average cost by around £5,000. This increase is effective from 1st October 2012, so if you’ve been thinking about buying a Holiday Home or replacing your existing caravan in the next year or two – now is the time to buy!

We currently have 3 new Holiday Homes in stock and will accept orders, but it is important that any transaction takes place by September or earlier, to avoid this increase in tax.

Established in 1972, Craigtoun Meadows is now in it’s 40th year of trading! To celebrate this we are giving our Touring and Holiday Home Hire customers, old and new, a chance to celebrate with us.

We have reduced our nightly Touring pitch fees along with the prices during the Summer school holidays in our Caravan Holiday Homes and Lodges (07 July to 10th August 2012)

Outwith the summer holidays, prices in both our Caravan Holiday Homes and Lodges, prices have been frozen from 2011.

Second phase of Rosshill has now been completed

We are now accepting bookings for the 2012 season. Caravan Holiday home bookings require a £50.00 per week non refundable deposit, touring bookings are to be paid in full.
