Touring

Established in 1972 , Craigtoun Meadows is now in it’s 40th year of trading!  To celebrate this landmark we are giving our customers, old and new, a chance to celebrate with us by reducing our nightly pitch fees for 2012! 

All of our touring pitches have  hard standings with a 16 amp (blue) electrical hook-up, water tap and waste water gully. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your caravan pipe work will plumb directly into our mains water and waste water systems.

There is space to park one car alongside your pitch and there is more parking available on the main car park.

Patio pitches

Have a hard standing for a caravan, with car parking alongside, and a hardstand space for a full awning. These pitches have a small wooden storage hut with windows and a lockable door. They also have a 13amp socket inside. Outside is a paved patio area with a picnic table and 4 chairs. All of these pitches will accept double axle caravans and large motorhomes.

Large pitches

All of our Large pitches have hard standings for the car and caravan and full awning. Some will accept double axle caravans or large motorhomes.

These pitches are also the size used for the Seasonal and Monthly let pitches. Please call us for our Seasonal and monthly rates.

Standard pitches

Standard pitches have a hard stand for a car and a single axle caravan or small motorhome only but do not accept awnings. Standard pitches are not suitable for double axle caravans or large motorhomes.

Seasonal and Monthly pitches

Seasonal pitches run from 1st April to 1st October. Monthly pitches are available from 1st to 1st of each month, every pitch has a full hard stand able  to accept a car and a single axle caravan with awning  and can be booked now.  Please contact us for further details and prices.

Tents

We have nominated pitches for 2 0r 4 man tents in our main touring area. We will only accept 4 man tents when our touring area is quieter. 

Tents can be booked two weeks in advance of stay.

Two Man Tent: £17.00           (2011 - £19.00)

Four Man Tent: £20.00

Amenities & Facilities

Our attractive amenities facility has wash cubicles with toilets, two full sized baths, showers, baby changing facilities and an indoor washing-up area. It also houses a purpose built disabled suite complete with toilet, shower and wash hand basin.

You’ll also have access to the parks other facilities.

Prices:

The above tariff includes electrical hook -up and VAT. We do not charge extra for  showers, baths or any hot water you may use.

Pets:

Sorry, we do not permit pets on our park.

Car Parking:

Fire regulations only allow one Vehicle to be parked on your pitch and any time. Our main car park has very limited space at peak time.

Plumbing:

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your caravan pipe work will plumb directly into our mains water and waste water systems
